We endeavour to use quality fresh local ingredients wherever possible and are proud to use such prestigious foods such as the award winning Masham sausages, Yorkshire beef and lamb, Ryedale ice-cream from Helmsley, and serve locally brewed beer e.g. Black Sheep Bitter.

In order to get the best quality local ingredients we believe that we must use the best quality local suppliers. We use specialist catering suppliers who provide us with as much Yorkshire produce as possible, but not everything in this world can be “Yorkshire” so we also use other locally based suppliers who import produce from further a field.
